Land line switching is well into its mature phase, but our survey of the industry indicates that most telecoms will continue to use their digital switching systems for 5 or more years, and in most cases indefinitely. We believe that investment for the future is very important, but using the network you already have is smart, particularly if you can keep it maintained for less than the revenue it brings in.

Though we integrate troubleshooting techniques in any course we teach, more emphasis is placed upon problem solving in this course.
